Gardener mowed and fixed sprinkler valve by replacing it with an unused valve from 1595. Will fertilize next week.

Checked both houses. Found a sprinkler valve that was leaking. Manually shut it off and alerted gardener to fix tomorrow.

Checked both houses inside and out. Noticed that exterior light timer is malfunctioning. Lights turn off at 6am but need to be manually turned back on. Small piece is broken and unit needs to be replaced. Will get an electrician.
